When can I Apply again for a Student Visa to Canada?

Hi Sharon

I had applied twice for a student visa to Canada and it was rejected both times.

I had gotten it approved once before but had to come back to India to renew my passport.

I have already been accepted to Toronto flying university for a CPL license.

After how much time can I reapply for a student visa to Canada?

Dear Sid

Thanks for your inquiry (please note that I am not an immigration officer)

According to the High Commission of Canada in India - "If your circumstances have changed appreciably and you believe that it would result in a different decision, you may wish to reapply. If, however, there is no change in your situation, then it is unlikely that your application would result in the issuance of a Study Permit".

They do not say anything about time frame between applications only about change in your circumstances.
