Thanks for your inquiry. (Please note that I am not an immigration officer)

If you do not have a U.S.A passport but only a Malaysian passport with a visa to the U.S.A in it, then you will need to apply for an entry visa to Canada with your Malaysian passport.

According to Canada citizenships and Immigration, citizens of Malaysia require to apply for a visa to visit or transit Canada.
