Study in Canada and a Gap Study

by Gurpeet Sekhon
(PUNJAB, INDIA)

Dear Sharon

Let me take my case as an example.

I am an Agriculture graduate. I have completed my studies in 1994. After that I have done a Bachelor degree in Education and graduated in 1998. Now I want to do my MBA at a reputable College or University in Canada.

Will I be accepted with such a long gap in my studies?

Could you also tell me the names and addresses of Colleges and Universities where I can apply and pursue my studies?

Thanks, Gurpeet

Study in Canada and a Gap Study
by: Sharon - Expats Guide

Dear Gurpreet Sekhon

Thanks for your inquiry (Please note that I am not an immigration officer).

As regards to the study gap you have in your studies ? Each University has its own admission requirements. Some Universities might see the gap in your studies as an obstacle, some not, and some might ask that you will complete a few courses before you can continue your studies.

So to get a specific answer you should check the requirements of each University. To do that you can find in the following link information on how to choose a school, college or university in Canada.

Best of Luck
Sharon
