Student Visa Issue and 1 year work permit after completing studies

Dear Madam,

I am interested in doing a 8 month graduate certificate program and i have the following questions

1. Can I pay the fee on my Uncle's credit card and he is based in U.K.
2. Will I be issued a Visa on the FSP course, its 8 months.
3. Will I be given an extension of 1 year to find related work after completing the course.
