I am a student now studying in Canada and I want my spouse to visit me in Canada but I don't know its possible or not.

if yes then what are the requirements.

Thanks for your inquiry (Please note that I am not an immigration officer.

If you want your spouse to visit you in Canada(and not to accompany you) then she might be able to enter Canada as a visitor.

You did not mention from which country you are however, you can find in the following links a list of the Countries whose citizens require visas in order to enter Canada as visitors and, a list of the people who do not require a visa to enter Canada as a visitor.

If your country is on the list of the people who need to apply for a visa then here is a link to the procedure of how to apply for a temporary resident visa to Canada.
