Dear Tokunbo

Thanks for your inquiry (Please note that I am not an immigration officer).

You do not need a study permit if you plan to take a course or program in Canada that lasts six months or less. You must complete the course or program within the period authorized for your stay in Canada.

But as you are from Nigeria you will need to apply for a temporary resident visa in order to enter Canada.

Information how to apply for a temporary resident visa can be found at the website of the High Commission of Canada to Nigeria.
