Obtaining a Court Clearance from CA/USA for Employment in Guam

I am trying to seek employment in Guam. My last address in the US is in Sacramento ,CA.

I am quite lost in securing a court clearance. Your website advices that we download form BC118765, but after downloading it, it says that it shall not be used for employment purposes.

Asking for your guidance.

You can download form BCII 8016 which is a request for record clearance from the DOJ for Visa/Immigration purposes.

It might also be used for employment purposes. Click here for instructions how to fill out the request.
