moving to jordan, middle east

Hi Christina

Thanks for your inquiry (Please note that I am not an immigration officer).

As regards to living in Amman, Jordan ? The Canadian Foreign Affairs and international trades publish travel reports and warning with information on safety and security about each country in the world.

The travel report about Jordan can be found in here.

As for working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Jordan - All countries have special entry requirements for persons intending to work in their country.

For specific information on the requirements for working in Jordan as a nurse, you can contact the High Commission of Canada in Jordan.

If working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Jordan is not possible then you might want to consider volunteering. There are many organizations that offer volunteering opportunities all over the world.

Best of Luck
Sharon
