Thanks for your inquiry (please note that I am not a immigration officer).

First I suggest that you search for relevant courses in Canada. To do this you can go into the education in Canada website, click on "find a program", and then you should enter the keywords real estate, language of study, program level and location.

You will be presented with several results, and you can search the admission requirements.

I have done a search for you and came up with 4 relevant results.

After you are admitted into the program, you can apply for a Canadian study permit. Just follow the applying for a Canadian study permit from outside of Canada guide.
