Dear Sharon

My wife's sister, her husband, their adult children wish to immigrate to Canada from Pakistan.

The husband is a business man, well educated.

Children are well educated; one son was educated in Toronto.

He will set up a business in Canada.

We are Canadians since 1975.

Please advise which route to take.

You can check if the husband of your wife's sister is eligible to apply under the Canadian business immigration program. Information about the requirements can be found in here

As to the adult children, they might need to apply separately. They can search the Canadian skilled workers and professionals visa requirements.
