Refusal of an Application for Canada Study Permit
by: Sharon - Expats Guide

Dear Devinder

Thanks for your inquiry (please note that I am not an immigration officer).

According to Canada citizenship and immigration -"Only if your circumstances have changed appreciably and you believe that it would result in a different decision, you may wish to reapply. If, however, there is no change in your situation, then it is unlikely that your application would result in the issuance of a Canadian Study Permit.

So maybe you can try to change your course of studies in Canada to something that is related to your previous studies.

In any case - If you still have questions about your refusal, it is best to contact the visa office that issued the refusal letter.

Best of Luck
Sharon
