How to get a police clearance in the USA?

Goodday!

I'm Kristal from Philippines.

I am presently working here in Canada for 9 months.

I'm planning to apply for a PR in Canada an I'm wondering if I have to get a police clearance from the USA?

I lived in the U.S.A on a J1 visa (student visa) from March 2004 to July 2004 and from March 2006 to July 2006, 8 months in total.

If I have to get a police clearance, where can I find the website for US police clearance?
