Hello, my name is Edouard I'm on a student visa here in Canada.
I came here in January 2011 to study computer network and tech support.

During the earthquake in Haiti I lost my wife and two kids since then I've met this wonderful woman whom I wish to wed in July 2011 once I go back to Haiti.

I wanted to know

1. What visa should she apply for so that she can come back with me?

2. What will she need to apply?

3. What should I bring with me to Haiti to support my case?

4. Is there anything for my situation? I strongly want her to come back to Canada with me for my second year in my study.

Thanks for your inquiry (please note I am not an immigration officer).

I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure you had and still have some difficult times. However it is great to hear that you are continuing on and that you have found someone to share your life with.

As you are already in Canada and you have a file with the Canadian immigration I believe that the best thing for you will be to contact the CIC call centre services. They can provide you with accurate information.
