Hi Sharon

I am staff nurse in Saudi Arabia; I got an offer letter for staff nurse in California, USA. But I did not write cgfns, nclex-rn, ielts exams.

Is there any possibility to get H1B Visa?

Thanks for your inquiry (please note that I am not an immigration officer)

To be able to work in the healthcare industry in the USA most immigrant and nonimmigrant health care workers must first be certified by an approved independent credentialing organization before they will be allowed to work in the U.S.

This means that in order to be eligible for an H1B visa and to work as a registered nurse in the USA you will need to pass the CGFNS examination NCLEX-RN and also the IELTS exams
