Evidence of Status in Saudi Arabia for Canadian Live-In Caregiver Visa Application

Hi Sharon,

Good day! I would like to ask regarding my application to Canada as a Live-in caregiver.

I am currently working here in Saudi Arabia as a nurse.

I do have an employer already in Canada and in few months from now I will start to process my Canadian visa application as a Live in caregiver.

I have the following concerns regarding my requirements;

First, do I need to submit my passport together with my application when I start to process? Actually, right now my passport is not with my custody, it is with my present employer.

If ever my application will be granted without my passport would it be possible to have stamp visa in Philippines by the time I will have my exit here in Saudi Arabia after a year?

Secondly, regarding my evidence of status in Saudi Arabia which is one of the requirements, do I need to provide the proof of my present immigration status in Saudi Arabia as well as the copy of my exit and re-entry visa.

I remember that the Saudi immigration department did not give me any documents with regards to this when I entered the country.

Do you think the Canadian embassy here in Saudi Arabia will be going to require this documents? What if I don't have? Will they not accept my application?
