Hi Nabin

First, I would like to emphasize that I am not an immigration officer, but I did some searching and came up with the following:

Before you apply for a student visa to Canada, you must be accepted to one of Canada's recognized school, university or college. Only then you can apply for a student visa.

In addition you:

Must prove that you have enough money to pay for your tuition fees, living expenses and for return tickets.

May have to provide a police certificate.

Must be in good health.

Must satisfy an immigration officer that you will leave Canada when you have completed your studies.

The process of submitting the application for Canadian student visa can be found on citizenship and immigration Canada website.

Important Tip: You must take into consideration that the Government of Canada does not pay for the medical costs of foreign students.

You will need to contact the school to which you are applying to receive more information about medical coverage and health insurance.
